1、 Characteristics and configuration of desulfurization centrifuge:
The desulfurization specific horizontal spiral centrifuge utilizes the solid-liquid density difference and relies on the centrifugal force field to expand it by thousands of times. The solid phase is settled under the action of centrifugal force, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation, and is discharged from the body under the action of special mechanisms. The entire feeding and separation process is continuous, closed, and automatic. The centrifuge is applicable to the recovery of suspended sulfur in various sulfur foam. The centrifuge for desulfurization can operate at low temperature, with low sulfur paste loss rate, continuous operation, low labor intensity and good airtightness. This machine has the following characteristics:

2. The main bearing adopts imported bearings to ensure its operational accuracy. Can work continuously for a long time, with stable performance and easy maintenance;

8. Adopting a dual frequency energy feedback energy-saving frequency control system, the regenerated electrical energy of the auxiliary unit is returned to the main frequency converter for use, saving energy consumption and reducing operating costs;
9. The surface of the feeding spiral blade is sprayed with hard alloy, which significantly improves its wear resistance and extends its service life;
10. The parts in contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant.
11. There is a continuous oil lubrication device and a forced oil cooling system, which enables the bearings to work continuously for a long time.
