Special microwave moisture detector for production line

This moisture meter is an online microwave moisture meter (moisture meter model: XKCON-MW-MA100) produced by Jinan Xiangkong Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. It mainly consists of three parts: the transmitting unit, the receiving unit, and the host controller. It is suitable for rapid moisture measurement on the product production line. Unlike near-infrared moisture meters, the MA100 online microwave moisture meter measures the total moisture of materials, with more representative values. It can accurately measure materials such as powder and block, and achieve on-site data readability and remote online supervision.

1、 Working principle

Based on the principle of signal attenuation and phase change when microwave penetrates materials. When microwaves penetrate materials, water molecules absorb microwave energy through two mechanisms: dipole polarization and interface polarization, resulting in attenuation and phase shift of microwave signals. By accurately measuring the changes in these two parameters, the volumetric moisture content of the material can be calculated.
