The electronic special gas pipeline system, also known as the special gas system, consists of four categories: storage, transportation, distribution, and control. Among them, "storage" refers to the gas source part(Special gas holderGC), Transportation "refers to piping (usually using double casing)," distribution "refers to the secondary distribution part (gas distribution cabinet VMB), and" control "refers to the supervisory control part (gas management system GMS). The design of single steel is usually used in research institutions or laboratories. The production process has not yet been mass-produced, and the gas usage is small. On site coordination can be carried out at any time to replace the steel cylinder, which has the advantages of saving space and low cost. However, daily management and coordination are needed to avoid interrupting the process and causing losses.

Double steel and triple steel are commonly used in mass production factories, and the process does not allow shutdown. When one steel cylinder is used up, the other backup steel cylinder will automatically switch to gas supply. The biggest difference between these two forms is that high-purity nitrogen gas for blowing pipelines is supplied from the steel cylinder or the factory end. When high-purity nitrogen gas for blowing is uniformly supplied from the factory end, all special gas supply systems, regardless of compatibility, are connected to the same supply source, which will have a higher risk value; If the high-purity nitrogen gas in the central supply system is interrupted and the alarm system is damaged, and two incompatible gases are used for purging at the same time, an explosion event is highly likely to occur. The use of the same steel cylinder for purging with the same properties increases the cost and space, which is a very good way of coping.

The gas cylinder cabinet and gas cylinder rack can adopt various structural configurations such as external blowing gas source for single process gas cylinders, external blowing gas source for dual process gas cylinders, and internal blowing gas source for dual process gas cylinders; Incompatible gas cylinders should not be placed in the same cylinder cabinet or cylinder rack; Gas cylinder cabinets and racks should be equipped with gas panels for operation; The supply capacity of the system should be verified through thermodynamic and fluid dynamics calculations; When the gas cylinder cabinet is closed, a negative pressure of not less than 100Pa should be maintained, and the ventilation rate inside the cabinet should not be less than 300 times/h. Fixed gas leak detectors should be installed at the exhaust outlet of gas cylinder cabinets that are prone to spontaneous combustion, flammability, toxicity, and corrosion; The steel plate thickness of the outer shell of the gas cylinder cabinet should not be less than 2.5mm and should have a corrosion-resistant coating; The gas cylinder cabinet door should have an automatic closing function and be equipped with an explosion-proof glass observation window; The design of fixing bolts for gas cylinder cabinets should meet the requirements of local seismic fortification intensity; Clear and distinct safety signs should be installed on gas cylinder cabinets and racks; When the gas cylinder cabinet is placed in an environment with explosion and fire hazards, its design should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Design of Electrical Installations in Explosive Hazardous Environments" GB50058.
