② AL Mn alloy is a widely used rust proof aluminum with high strength, especially fatigue resistance. It has high plasticity and toughness, cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and has good plasticity during semi cold work hardening, low plasticity during cold work hardening, good weldability, poor machinability, and can be polished. The main use is for low load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability, working in liquid or gas media, such as oil tanks, gasoline or lubricant conduits, various liquid containers, and other low load parts made by deep drawing: wire is used to make rivets.

Performance characteristics

5052 is an Al Mg anti rust aluminum alloy that cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. The chemical composition of this alloy is similar to that of 5A02 alloy, and its various properties are basically the same as 5A02. Alloys have high plasticity but low strength, and they have good corrosion resistance and weldability. The alloy has poor machinability in the annealed state. 5052 alloy is used for components that require good formability and corrosion resistance, high fatigue limit, good weldability, and moderate static load, such as aircraft fuel and oil ducts, fuel tanks, as well as various components of sea and land transportation equipment, cold stamping parts, sheet metal products, and street lamp pillars; The material is used as rivets or welding rods.

1. Cracks, corrosion, and nitrate traces are not allowed on the surface.

2. On the surface, peeling, bubbles, surface roughness, and local mechanical damage with a depth not exceeding 8% of the nominal wall thickness of the defect location are allowed, but the depth of the defect cannot exceed 0.5mm and the total area of the defect does not exceed 5% of the total area of the board.

processing technology

1) Homogenization annealing: heating at 440 ℃; Insulation for 12-14 hours; air cooling.

2) Rapid annealing: Heating at 350-410 ℃; The insulation time is 30-120 minutes; Empty or water-cooled.

3) High temperature annealing: heating at 350-420 ℃; When the thickness of the finished product is ≥ 6mm or<6mm, the insulation time is 2-10 minutes or 10-30 minutes; Air cold.

4) Low temperature annealing: heating at 250-300 ℃ or 150-180 ℃; The insulation time is 1-2 hours, with air cooling
