Overview

1、 Product Overview:

The sonic boiler soot blower uses compressed air as a power source, and the energy of the sonic waves separates the adhesion state of ash and scale on the heating surface, causing fatigue fracture and breakage of the existing ash and scale. Under the action of sound waves, dust and scaling are stripped off from the heating surface and carried out of the flue by the smoke flowing at a certain velocity. The vibration frequency of the acoustic cleaning device is far away from the intrinsic frequency of the equipment body and the heating surface, and will not produce harmful resonance on the heating surface. However, it can effectively remove accumulated ash and scale, and optimize the control according to the physical properties of the accumulated ash to timely and effectively remove it, maintaining the cleanliness of the heating surface for a long time.

2、 Working principle:

The acoustic soot blower uses compressed air as a power source to generate specific low-frequency, high-energy sound waves through metal diaphragms and other acoustic wave generating components. The sound waves resonate and propagate in the gas medium sound field of the cleaning equipment, driving the gas mediumThe dust particles vibrate synchronously and periodically change the longitudinal pressure gradient of the dust boundary layer. Under the repeated accumulation of acoustic vibration and fatigue, it is difficult for small dust particles to approach the dust surface or cause the dust deposited on the dust surface to break and peel off, thereby achieving the goal of removing the dust (as shown in Figure 1).

3、 Equipment structure and installation method description:

The operation of the sonic soot blower requires a compressed air source with a pressure of 0.4 MPa or higher. The dust cleaning device consists of an air filter, a pressure reducing valve, an electromagnetic valve, a ball valve, and pipelines. Using PLC to achieve fully automatic control, it can also be manually controlled or matched with a higher-level computer. The computer sends a signal to open the solenoid valve according to the preset program based on the material flow situation, so that the soot blower can work normally and achieve the best ash cleaning effect.

According to the connection form between the sonic soot blower and the equipment, it can be divided into: (1) drum flange connection; (2) The sound reinforcement tube is directly welded to the outer wall of the equipment; (3) Equipment cavity hoisting.

According to the installation position of the sonic soot blower on the equipment, it can be divided into: (1) top installation; (2) Side wall installation; (3) Installation of inclined insertion hopper. (4) Internal lifting of equipment.
