1、 Product Overview:
The sonic boiler soot blower uses compressed air as a power source, and the energy of the sonic waves separates the adhesion state of ash and scale on the heating surface, causing fatigue fracture and breakage of the existing ash and scale. Under the action of sound waves, dust and scaling are stripped off from the heating surface and carried out of the flue by the smoke flowing at a certain velocity. The vibration frequency of the acoustic cleaning device is far away from the intrinsic frequency of the equipment body and the heating surface, and will not produce harmful resonance on the heating surface. However, it can effectively remove accumulated ash and scale, and optimize the control according to the physical properties of the accumulated ash to timely and effectively remove it, maintaining the cleanliness of the heating surface for a long time.
2、 Working principle:
The acoustic soot blower uses compressed air as a power source to generate specific low-frequency, high-energy sound waves through metal diaphragms and other acoustic wave generating components. The sound waves resonate and propagate in the gas medium sound field of the cleaning equipment, driving the gas mediumThe dust particles vibrate synchronously and periodically change the longitudinal pressure gradient of the dust boundary layer.
