You can recoup your investment in at least 4 weeks! SolventTrak is a solvent recovery system used to recover clean and uncontaminated solutions from HPLC systems. In most systems, a large amount of mobile phase can be recycled and reused, saving money. Main advantages: The unique peak detection algorithm can accurately locate the peak and guide it to the waste liquid. It can be easily installed in HPLC systems, saving up to 90% of solvent recovery and reducing solution cleaning costs. It can be recouped within 60-90 days and is convenient to use. There is no complex program to transport clean solvents, flow compatibilizers, automatic performance verification, NIST standard tracking and verification certificate. SolventTrak is superior to traditional solvent recovery systems. Traditional recovery systems use fixed voltage levels (or critical values on the baseline), and will definitely exceed this value before the peak is detected. If the baseline changes, it must be reset or the pollutants will be recovered instead of eliminated. On the contrary, pure solvents will be excluded. SolventTrak contains a unique peak detection algorithm that can accurately detect peaks. This ensures that all pollutants will be eliminated, even if the environment of the chromatographic system causes fluctuations in the baseline. How does SolventTrak work? Any HPLC detector signal is sent to SolventTrak. SolventTrak is capable of monitoring and possessing a large screen with continuous display voltage levels. SolventTrak automatically detects elution peaks and sends them to a waste liquid pool using an inert solvent diverter valve. All clean and uncontaminated solvents will be returned to the reuse container. When a peak is detected (Figure 100-300-1), it will be displayed on the screen and accompanied by an alarm sound (this function can be turned off). The sensitivity of peak detection can be adjusted by changing the width and threshold parameters of the peak. It can be easily operated through the buttons on SolventTrak. The additional features used to enhance purity (Figure 100-300-2) can be set with an additional time delay after detecting the peak as needed. This allows the solvent between the detector and the valve to be sent into the waste liquid tank, enhancing the accuracy and purity of the recovered liquid. The solvent diversion valve can also be manually opened and closed through TTL, contact closure, or control panel. Simple setup, testing, and confirmation: SolventTrak can be easily installed into HPLC systems. A check symbol (peak marker) will be displayed on the output signal to indicate the peak and send it to the waste liquid. This is useful for setting, testing, and confirmation.
