working principle

CSF2000The working frequency is24GHHigh frequency microwave, emitting or radiating power peak not exceeding10milliwatt. Equipped with the latest modern microwave technologyPHEMTOscillators reduce the working current of the sensor probe to below25Milliampere. By coupling the electromagnetic field between the sensor and the pipeline, a measurement field is generated. When the detected medium passes through the microwave detection field, the sensor transmits low-power microwaves and receives the energy reflected back by the material. The frequency difference between the reflected frequency and the transmitted frequency of the received microwave generates a low-frequency AC voltage at the output terminal, which means that the microwave sensor detects the quantity and flow velocity of the moving medium. The microwave energy of the measurement field is reflected back by solid particles and received by the receiver. According to the Doppler principle, a flowmeter only measures the flow of particles or powder, and by combining the recorded number and state of particles, the flow rate can be calculated(quality).
