This device is mainly used for laser etching of structural layers on photovoltaic panel substrates. Based on the complexity of structural layers, multiple layers, and thin layers, Shenzhen Yunteng Laser has specially developed a new generation IJ-IN laser etching machine in conjunction with multiple photovoltaic companies. This machine can separate the etching of 20UN molybdenum layer, the power generation coating at the bottom layer, and the nano layer at the middle layer, and can control the etching edge degree within 2UM to prevent the molybdenum layer edge from being connected to the bottom nano layer and causing circuit breakage. The machine can also etch 2 layers or all layers at the same time to achieve chip power generation effect!
The equipment is equipped with an automatic image positioning system, environmental safety and anti-static system, providing guarantees for the fully automatic high-speed etching, cutting processing and high-quality stable operation of the product.
