The rotating solar simulator has an irradiation area greater than 4 × 4 inches and uses a 450W high-quality ozone free short arc xenon lamp as the light source. It can provide additional horizontal and vertical adjustable light functions, making it convenient for customers to install in different positions of the laboratory system. When combined with light entering the glove box for testing, it provides maximum installation convenience. The chassis provides a safe space for the lights, and the AC fan forces air cooling to maintain the optimal ignition point, stable optical characteristics, and shell temperature. The shutter can be controlled through button switches or external controls. We guarantee the long-term and continuous provision of high-quality xenon lamp consumables to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the system. The AM1.5G, AM1.5, and AM0 filters enable the simulator to provide the spectral testing environment you need. A highly stable power supply provides a constant electrical power to the xenon lamp. The PT-IVM testing system adopts a modular design to meet your testing requirements. Fries has designed a series of standard I-V systems in the United States, integrating an appropriate source meter, cable, interface, and measurement software into independent modules. The standard model is 1 ampere, and optional models are 3 ampere, 5 ampere, and 10 ampere or more. The selection of modules is based on the magnitude of the current generated by the user sample.
Feiruis IV-3.2 software drives the IV testing system and calculates key parameters such as short-circuit current (Isc), open circuit voltage (Voc), current density (Jsc), maximum output power (Pm), fill factor (Ff), efficiency (ETA), series resistance (RS), etc.
