Product Details

Smoke online sensorIt is a key equipment used for monitoring and controlling the concentration of pollutants in industrial emissions. By collecting and analyzing real-time data on pollutants in flue gas, it helps factories carry out environmental protection and pollution control.

Smoke online sensorDetails of usage:

System composition and working principle

Sampling system:

The sampling system is responsible for extracting smoke samples from the emission source to ensure the representativeness and stability of the samples. Usually includes sampling heads, conveying pipelines, etc.

The sampling head is usually located at the exhaust outlet and adopts a suitable size and shape to ensure accurate collection of flue gas samples.

Sensor module:

The sensor module includes various types of sensors, such as smoke concentration sensors (measuring sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter, etc.), temperature and humidity sensors, airflow sensors, etc.

These sensors work based on physical, chemical, or optical principles, such as thermocouples, humidity sensors, and ultrasonic sensors.

Data processing module:

The data processing module corrects and calibrates the data collected by sensors to ensure the accuracy of the data, and compares it with standard data.

This module is also responsible for data storage and transmission, transmitting data to the upper computer for analysis and processing through the network or other means.

Signal processor:

The signal processor amplifies, filters, and converts the analog signals collected by sensors to generate digital signals for subsequent processing.

Upper computer processing and control:

The upper computer receives the data transmitted by the sensor module and further processes and controls it.

Including data analysis, alarm and control functions, the system will issue an alarm and take corresponding measures when the smoke emissions exceed the prescribed standards.

Installation and maintenance

Installation requirements:

The installation location of the online smoke sensor is crucial and should be chosen in a stable and representative position for smoke flow.

During the installation process, it is necessary to avoid high temperature and high humidity environments to prevent sensor damage.

Regular calibration:

To ensure measurement accuracy, sensors need to be calibrated regularly, usually once a quarter for comprehensive calibration.

The calibration process includes calibrating the sensor using standard gases to ensure the accuracy of its output data.

Daily maintenance:

Daily maintenance includes checking whether the connection wires of the sensors are loose and whether the probes have accumulated dust.

For optical sensors, it is also necessary to regularly clean the optical lenses to ensure light transmittance.

Application Fields

Power industry:

The power industry is one of the important application areas of online flue gas monitoring technology, which monitors the flue gas emissions of coal-fired power plants, gas turbines and other equipment to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Steel industry:

During the steel production process, a large amount of flue gas is generated. The online flue gas monitoring system can monitor the emission of pollutants in real time, helping enterprises to carry out environmental management.

Chemical industry:

The production process of the chemical industry is complex, and the composition of flue gas is diverse. Through online monitoring technology of flue gas, the types and concentrations of pollutants in the flue gas can be comprehensively understood, providing data support for environmental management.

Other industries:

In addition to the above-mentioned industries, online smoke monitoring technology can also be applied to smoke emission monitoring in industries such as cement, ceramics, and glass.
