Product Details

Introduction:

Smart network electricity meter is the intelligent terminal of smart grid, which not only has the function of measuring the basic electricity consumption of traditional energy meters. In order to adapt to the use of smart grids and new energy, it also has intelligent functions such as bidirectional multi rate metering, user side control, bidirectional data communication with multiple data transmission modes, and anti-theft functions. Smart network meters represent the development direction of future energy-saving smart grid end-users' intelligent terminals. The main field is designed for the power monitoring needs of power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, public facilities, and intelligent buildings.

智能网络电表主要参数指标

(1) Main parameters and indicators of smart network meters:

(2) Rated voltage: 3 × 220/380V;

(3) Calibration current: 1.5 (6) A;

(4) Pulse constant: 5000imp/KWh;

(5) Accuracy level: 0.5S level;

(6) Measurement division: 0.01 degrees;

(7) Data protection: Data retention for more than 10 years after power outage;

(8) Operating environment temperature: -25 ℃ -55 ℃.

Advantages of smart network meter technology:

(1) Measurement: three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, active energy, reactive energy;

(2) Measurement: forward and reverse active energy, inductive capacitive reactive energy, power quality analysis: total harmonic distortion rate THDu of phase/line voltage, total harmonic distortion rate THDi of current, three-phase voltage imbalance degree ε u, three-phase electricity;

(3) Flow imbalance degree ε i;

(4) Display: STN blue screen, wide viewing angle, high-quality, high-definition LCD screen display;

(5) Communication: RS485 communication, MODBUS-RTU protocol;

(6) Output: 2-channel power pulse output, optional with four-way switch output, four-way analog output (to be specified when ordering);

(7) Input: Four channel switch input (to be specified for ordering);

(8) Expansion: The signal can be directly connected from current and voltage transformers, and the input parameter ratio can be programmed on-site;

(9) Purpose: Suitable for complete monitoring and management of electrical parameters in various incoming circuits and large capacity distribution circuits;

(10) Network mode: 485 bus network, local area network, wireless network, telephone network, GPRS network, optical fiber and other transmission networks, managed by computers;

(11) RF card method: User electricity management is achieved through LCD visual query terminal and RF card.

Advantages of smart network meter functions:

(1) Small size, space saving, and installation cost saving: A newspaper sized electricity meter can simultaneously measure the electricity consumption of 4-39 households, and is centrally installed, measured, and managed, saving a lot of space and engineering costs.

(2) High measurement accuracy: The national standard is 2.0 level, the accuracy of this product is 1.0 level, and the factory standard is 0.5 level. The centralized smart meter adopts the principle of direct sampling, using a high thermal stability resistor voltage divider network to obtain voltage signals, and using manganese copper sheets with very small temperature coefficients for current direct sampling. Compared with using transformers, it has the advantages of good linearity, low power consumption, and high accuracy.

(3) Anti electricity theft function, preventing users from stealing and leaking electricity. (The metering chip can accurately measure active energy in both directions, without fear of power theft methods such as reverse wiring).

(4) Mandatory power-off function. Timed automatic power-off (optional), which can be forcibly powered on or off according to the building, floor, or household. This function can effectively prevent the occurrence of malicious arrears of property fees.

(5) This system adopts card free electricity sales and no charge shutdown; Sell electricity through infrared electric motors or central management computers. When the user runs out of purchased electricity and loses power. (Addressing the possibility of card loss and card duplication caused by human error).

(6) Voice power purchase prompt function: Set low battery alarm as needed. When the paid battery level drops to the alarm value, users do not need to check the remaining battery level. The system will also automatically voice prompt users and they can also voice check the remaining battery level. (Similar to mobile phone bill inquiry).

(7) Management personnel can monitor online and check users' usage and remaining power at any time, and backup their data. This operation can also achieve power theft monitoring.

(8) The operation log function can constantly record the operator's operation content to prevent financial chaos in the property management.

(9) After the system loses power or crashes, data will be automatically protected and will not be lost.

Price reference for smart network meters:

1. Single phase 5 (60) A: 220 yuan to 400 yuan; Three phase 5 (60) A: 420 yuan to 500 yuan;

2. Single phase 10 (40) A: 300 yuan to 400 yuan; Three phase 5 (60) A: 520 yuan to 650 yuan;

3. Single phase 20 (80) A: 400 yuan to 600 yuan; Three phase 5 (60) A: 700 to 800 yuan.

The concept of smart network meters has been very popular in recent years. On the surface, it seems that government agencies such as State Grid and Southern Power Grid are promoting the construction of smart grids and the installation and renovation of smart meters. However, in reality, the semiconductor giants and some large IT enterprises with core technologies in the electronics field are leading the "intelligentization".
