1. The distillation column uses a new type of stainless steel regular packing, with a high theoretical number of trays per unit height and low pressure drop. The column is wrapped with adjustable temperature electric tracing, and the reflux ratio can be easily adjusted, resulting in good separation effect.

2. The heating kettle with stirring accelerates heat transfer, heats up quickly, and the contact surface temperature between the kettle body and the material is low, without sticking or carbonization.

3. Choose a combination vacuum pump, install a condenser in front of the pump and use a low-temperature cooler for cooling. Use a vacuum ball valve and precision mechanical sealing components for sealing. The system has a high vacuum degree, reaching below 10Pa (absolute pressure).

4. All exhaust ports of the complete set of equipment are connected to the inert gas storage tank, and the material does not come into contact with air at high temperatures, reducing the thermal deterioration of the material.

5. The material flow through the pipeline is insulated with a jacket, and the distillation of high melting point materials will not be blocked.
