Small high-speed bottle sorting machine

This machine is used for the sorting of disordered polyester bottles. Scattered and unmarked bottles are fed into the bottle storage circle of the bottle sorting machine through the lifting machine. With the push of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle compartment and position themselves. Through the bottle flipping device and bottle pulling device, the bottles are sorted into upright bottle mouths and output through the pneumatic bottle conveying system to enter the next process. The body material of this machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series materials. Some imported components are used for the electrical and pneumatic systems, and the entire working process is controlled by PLC programming, resulting in low equipment failure rate and high reliability.

Working process:

uFirstly, manually pour the bottle into the elevator bucket;

uSend the bottles to the sorting bin of the bottle sorting machine by the elevator;

uThe bottles enter the bottle sorting machine compartment for sorting. During sorting, if the bottles are inverted, they will be flipped through the bottle flipping mechanism. If they are not inverted, they will be directly flipped through the bottle flipping mechanism.

uThe bottle is directly output from the bottle outlet to the air duct or delivery through the bottle flipping mechanism
