Zhengyuan Environmental Protection is a professional manufacturer of sludge anaerobic reactors, which can be customized according to your actual situation, with direct selling prices from the manufacturer. The anaerobic digestion process of sludge, as the main technology for stabilizing sludge in urban sewage treatment plants, can destroy cells, reduce organic matter, improve the hydrolysis rate of sludge, and has the advantages of reducing sludge volume, killing pathogenic microorganisms, improving sludge performance, and generating biogas.
The price of sludge anaerobic reactor starts from 20000 yuan, and the specific price still needs to be consulted with customer service.

1、 Application fields of sludge anaerobic reactor:
The sludge anaerobic reactor is an efficient multi-stage internal circulation reactor, which is a representative type of third-generation anaerobic reactor (UASB is a representative type of second-generation anaerobic reactor). Compared with the second-generation anaerobic reactor, it has less land occupation, higher organic load, stronger shock resistance, more stable performance, and simpler operation and management. High concentration organic wastewater with COD ranging from 10000-15000mg/1; The second generation UASB reactor generally has a volumetric load of 5-8kgCOD/m3; The volumetric load rate of the third-generation A sludge anaerobic reactor can reach 15-30kg COD/m3. The sludge anaerobic reactor is suitable for organic high concentration wastewater, such as corn starch wastewater, citric acid wastewater, beer wastewater, potato processing wastewater, and alcohol wastewater.

2、 Performance characteristics of sludge anaerobic reactor products:
(1) Has a high volumetric load rate.
Due to the internal circulation of the sludge anaerobic reactor, the first reaction chamber has a high upward flow rate, good mass transfer effect, and high sludge activity. Therefore, its organic volume loading rate is much higher than that of ordinary UASB reactors, generally more than three times higher. When treating high concentration organic wastewater, such as potato processing wastewater, the influent volumetric load rate can reach 30-40 kgCOD/(m3 • d) when the COD is 10000-15000mg/L. Treating low concentration organic wastewater, such as beer wastewater, when the COD is between 2000 and
At 3000mg/L, the influent volumetric load rate can reach 20-50kgCOD/(m3 • d), HRT is only 2-3 hours, and COD removal rate can reach about 80%.
(2) Save infrastructure investment and land area.
Due to the significantly higher volumetric load rate of the IC reactor compared to the UASB reactor, the effective volume of the sludge anaerobic reactor is only 1/4 to 1/3 of that of the UASB reactor, which can significantly reduce the infrastructure investment of the reactor. Due to its small size and high aspect ratio, the sludge anaerobic reactor occupies a particularly small area and is very suitable for factories and mining enterprises with tight land occupation. Small IC reactors can be prefabricated in factories, while large ones can be made on site. The construction period is short, the installation is simple, and the soil volume of sludge anaerobic reactors is very small, which can save construction costs.
(3) Utilize biogas to enhance internal circulation.
The fluidization of anaerobic fluidized beds and expanded granular sludge beds without the need for external power is achieved through forced circulation by pump pressure through effluent reflux, thus requiring a portion of power consumption. The IC reactor is powered by the adiabatic expansion of biogas produced by itself to achieve internal circulation of the mixed liquid, without the need for additional pumps for forced internal circulation, thus saving energy consumption.
(4) Strong ability to withstand impact loads
Due to the internal circulation of the sludge anaerobic reactor, the circulation flow rate can reach 2-3 times the inlet flow rate when treating low concentration water (such as beer wastewater); When treating high concentration water (such as potato processing wastewater), the circulating flow rate can reach 10-20 times the inlet flow rate. Because the circulating flow rate and inlet water are fully mixed in the first reaction chamber, harmful substances in the original wastewater are fully diluted, reducing the degree of harm and preventing local acidification, thereby improving the reactor's ability to withstand shock loads.
(5) Capable of buffering pH.
The internal circulation flow rate is equivalent to the first stage anaerobic effluent reflux rate, which can utilize the alkalinity converted from COD to buffer the pH and maintain stability in the reactor. When treating wastewater lacking alkalinity, the amount of alkali added to the influent can be reduced.
(6) The stability of the effluent is better than that of IC
The first and second reaction chambers of the reactor are equivalent to two UASB reactors running in series. The first reaction chamber has a high organic volume loading rate, which is equivalent to "coarse" treatment, while the second reaction chamber has a lower organic volume loading rate, which is equivalent to "fine" treatment. The entire IC reactor is actually a two-stage anaerobic treatment. In general, two-stage anaerobic treatment has better stability and more stable effluent than single-stage anaerobic treatment.

3、 Working principle and process principle of sludge anaerobic reactor:
It is similar to being composed of two layers of UASB reactors connected in series. According to functional division, the reactor is divided into five zones from bottom to top: mixing zone, first anaerobic zone, second anaerobic zone, sedimentation zone, and gas-liquid separation zone. The entire reactor is composed of a first anaerobic reaction chamber and a second anaerobic reaction chamber stacked together. Each anaerobic reaction chamber is equipped with a gas solid liquid three-phase separator at the top.
The first stage three-phase separator mainly separates biogas and water, while the second stage three-phase separator mainly separates sludge and water. The inflow and reflux sludge are mixed in the first anaerobic reaction chamber. The first reaction chamber has a great ability to remove organic matter, and the wastewater entering the second anaerobic reaction chamber can continue to be treated to remove residual organic matter and improve the effluent quality.
Mixing zone: The inflow of water at the bottom of the reactor, granular sludge, and the sludge water mixture flowing back from the gas-liquid separation zone are effectively mixed in this zone.
The first anaerobic zone: The sludge water mixture formed in the mixing zone enters this zone, and under the action of high concentration sludge, most of the organic matter is converted into biogas. The intense disturbance of the rising flow of mixed liquid and biogas causes the sludge in the reaction zone to expand and fluidized, strengthening the surface contact between sludge and water, and thus maintaining high activity of the sludge. With the increase of biogas production, a portion of the slurry mixture is lifted by biogas to the gas-liquid separation zone at the top.
Gas liquid separation zone: The biogas in the lifted mixture is separated from the sludge water and exported to the treatment system. The sludge water mixture returns to the lowest mixing zone along the reflux pipe and is fully mixed with the sludge and inlet water at the bottom of the reactor, achieving internal circulation of the mixed liquid.
The second anaerobic zone: After treatment in the first anaerobic zone, except for a portion that is lifted by biogas, the rest enters the second anaerobic zone through a three-phase separator. The sludge concentration in this area is relatively low, and most of the organic matter in the wastewater has been degraded in the first anaerobic zone, resulting in less biogas production. Biogas is introduced into the gas-liquid separation zone through a biogas pipe, causing minimal disturbance to the second anaerobic zone, which provides favorable conditions for sludge retention.
Sedimentation zone: The sludge water mixture in the second anaerobic zone undergoes solid-liquid separation in the sedimentation zone. The supernatant is discharged through the outlet pipe, and the precipitated granular sludge is returned to the sludge bed in the second anaerobic zone.
From the working principle of the anaerobic sludge reactor, it can be seen that the reactor achieves SRT and HRT through a two-layer three-phase separator to obtain high sludge concentration; Through the intense disturbance of a large amount of biogas and internal circulation, the mud and water are fully in contact, achieving good mass transfer efficiency.
