Using a yarn storage cage, the surface of the yarn storage moving chain is treated with Teflon to ensure that there is no slippage between the yarn and the chain during the drying process, effectively protecting the yarn's coating. 3. Based on ergonomics, the external structure of the machine has been redesigned, and the height of the slurry tank, the position of the drying room, and the shaking frame have been optimized, resulting in a reasonable structure; The operator is not fatigued and the operation is more convenient.
4. Optimized the drying system of the drying room, adopting a "bottom suction and top blowing" hot air circulation system with high thermal circulation efficiency and low energy consumption.
