Product Details

SXJB-2000Single phase relay protection testerAdopting single-chip microcomputer technology, it consists of an automatic synchronous digital millisecond meter, a logic control unit, a multifunctional digital display unit, a high-precision data acquisition and processing unit, a current and voltage output unit, and a relay protection tester with overload and over range protection units. It automatically displays and prints, and during the testing process, only the test line needs to be correctly connected to automatically test. The overall accuracy of the machine is ≤ 1%. The JB-H fully automatic relay protection tester has the advantages of beautiful appearance, stable performance, simple operation, and comprehensive functions. It is an ideal tester for verifying relay protection devices.

SXJB-2000Single phase relay protection testerProduct Features:

1. Adopting microcomputer control, with only 16 touch switches on the panel, various testing functions can be easily completed, changing the drawback of old-fashioned relay protection devices that must turn off the power and switch multiple switches to convert power types. The operation is simple. This machine also has self checking and error reporting functions, which greatly facilitate inspection and maintenance.

2. Equipped with comprehensive self checking and self-protection functions, the JB-2000 fully automatic relay protection tester immediately engages in self checking upon startup. In the event of overload or overtravel, the protection circuit will quickly cut off the output and emit sound and light reminders, greatly reducing unnecessary losses caused by misoperation.

3. High degree of intelligence, with just one button, all parameters of the universal relay can be measured and all data can be automatically printed, freeing you from the tedious testing operations.

4. The display screen has a functional display unit, which can clearly reflect the working status of the machine from the display screen.

5. All printed data uses Chinese characters, such as' suction voltage ',' disconnection voltage ',' normally open suction time ', etc.

The relay protection tester is used for testing various relay protection devices in the power relay protection department. The standards support: GB7261-2008, DL/T995-2006, DL/T1153-2012. The JB-2000 fully automatic single-phase relay protection tester is a fully automatic and intelligent relay protection verification tester developed in the early stages of power based on the testing requirements of on-site relay protection and the support of GB7261-2008, DL/T995-2006 standards.

Operation specifications for relay protection tester:

1. In our experiments, the relay protection tester is a product that electrical technicians often need to use. This instrument has the advantages of simple use and functions, and is widely recognized by power personnel. However, many power workers do not know how to use this equipment. Therefore, this article will briefly introduce the use and standardized operation of the machine relay protection tester.

2. After entering the effective values of voltage and current, press the "confirm" button or click the mouse to another position, and the written data result will automatically retain three significant decimal places. The default unit for voltage is V, and the default unit for current is A. When setting the phase, any angle within the range of -180~360 ° can be entered. If the angle written exceeds the above range, the system will automatically switch it to that range. For example, entering "-191 °" can automatically convert to "189 °". The data graph display of the size and direction of each vector set can be observed in real-time in this graph window.

3. Voltage AC single-phase large output 120V. When a higher voltage needs to be output, any two voltages can be connected in series, with different amplitudes but opposite phases. For example, if Ua outputs 120V at 0 ° and Ub outputs 120V at 180 °, then the effective value of Uab output is 240V.

4. 1200 type 6-phase, each phase is 30A larger. To output a larger current, multiple currents can be used in parallel, and the phases of each phase should be the same when used in parallel. When using high current output, thicker and shorter wires should be used as much as possible, and the output time should be as short as possible.

5. The "Change" column next to the effective value of the traffic volume setting is used to select whether the output quantity is variable. Click the mouse to mark a "√" in the "Change" column after the effective value or phase of a certain phase, indicating that the output phase can be changed. At the same time, the "Step Size" column also changes from gray to bright, which means that the "Step Size" can be set. The minimum step size for amplitude change is 0.001, and the minimum step size for degree change is 0.1.

6. If the "upper limit" column is set to the maximum allowable output value for each phase. If there is concern during the experiment that a certain phase may accidentally output too much and damage the relay, a "upper limit value" can be set for that phase, which will not exceed the limit during the experiment and ensure the safety of the relay.

7. Display the line voltage and the zero sequence, positive sequence, and negative sequence components of voltage and current in the current state at the bottom left corner of the interface.

8. The usage methods of relay protection testers produced by different manufacturers may vary slightly. Power users need to carefully distinguish and judge, and strictly follow the instructions to perform standardized operations.
