Introduction:


Single phase NB meter is a new generation of energy metering product developed and produced by our company in accordance with the relevant technical specifications of smart meters of State Grid Corporation of China. This product adopts dedicated large-scale integrated circuits and SMT production processes, and has functions such as energy metering, data processing, real-time monitoring, automatic control, and information exchange. The product control chip adopts a dedicated SOC microcontroller, which has higher integration and super strong anti electromagnetic interference performance.

(2.1) Measurement function:


It has the function of measuring positive, negative, and combined active energy, and the combined active energy can be configured as needed based on the positive and negative active energy;


(2.2) Time sharing metering function:


Support four rates: peak, off peak, flat, and valley rates; Built in two sets of time zone tables and two sets of daily time period tables, which can be programmed and configured as needed. The switching time between the two sets of time zone tables and the switching time between the two sets of daily time period tables can be set to achieve mutual switching; Up to 14 time periods can be set within 24 hours, which can be set across zero points; Support the setting of public holidays, with 254 holidays available;


(2.3) Measurement function:


Capable of measuring power grid parameters such as voltage, current, power, and power factor, with optional zero line current measurement function;


(2.4) Data storage function:


Support multiple freezing methods, including daily freezing, hourly freezing, timed freezing, instantaneous freezing, and agreed freezing;


(2.5) Event recording function:


Record the last 10 power outages, programming, timing, opening the meter cover, tripping, closing, event clearing, meter clearing, and malicious loads (optional, this function is disabled by default);


(2.6) User interaction interface:


Adopting a large screen LCD display, providing rich graphic or textual prompt information; The display content can be queried through the button loop, and the display items can be configured as needed through the communication port; Provide LCD backlight for easy viewing. Support power outage wake-up function, which can wake up the energy meter through buttons or non-contact methods, and achieve screen display reading of electricity and infrared communication port reading of electricity and other data;


(2.7) Communication function:


Equipped with 1 far-infrared communication interface, 1 RS-485 communication interface, 1 NB IoT remote communication interface, and three independent communication ports. The communication interface has strong load capacity, reaching 12V. The communication protocol complies with DL/T645-2007 and its filing documents;


(2.8) Cost control function:


The built-in relay is optional and supports plaintext remote opening and closing control function, allowing users to remotely control power on and off; Support functions such as tripping, closing, event clearing, timing, remote upgrade of energy meters, and remote upgrade of modules;


(2.9) Event recording function:


When the electric energy meter experiences overload, malignant load, or opening of the meter cover event, the electric energy meter can actively inform the NB IoT module that a corresponding event has occurred, and can automatically trigger the NB IoT module's "important event reporting".
