2.2 Working principle explanation

The electric energy meter consists of two main functions: one is the electric energy metering part, and the other is the microprocessor control part. The electric energy metering part uses a shunt multiplication circuit to sample and convert current and voltage signals, and the microprocessor performs electric energy metering. The microprocessor transmits data to the load switch to achieve power control function.

Record, accumulate, and store the peak, flat, and valley periods separately.

3)Parameter measurement

This instrument can measure and display real-time voltage, current, active power, and power factor.

4.2 Rates and Time Periods

It has two sets of programmable rates and time slots, with 4 rates and 14 daily time slots available 24 hours per time zone, and the ability to use another set of rates and time slots at the set time point.

4.3 Event Recording

4.3.1 Record the last 10 reset events.

4.3.2 Record the last 10 programming events.

4.3.3 Record the last 10 power outage events.

4.3.4 Record the last 10 incidents of opening the meter cover.

4.3.5 Record the last 10 power purchase records.

4.4 Data Storage

4.4.1 It can store the total and rate energy data of the first 12 meter reading (settlement) cycles, and the data transfer boundary time is 24:00 on the last day of each month (midnight at the beginning of the month) or any time between the 1st and 28th of each month (the default initial value at the factory is midnight on the 1st of each month).

4.4.2In the event of a power outage in the energy meter, all data related to settlement shall be saved10Year, save other data3Year.

4.5 Freezing function

4.5.1 Month Freeze: Freeze electric energy data according to the set settlement time and interval, and store the data frozen in the last 12 months.

4.5.3 Daily Freeze: Stores the electrical energy at midnight every day and can store the latest 31 days of frozen data.

4.6 Cost control function

1)The electricity meter calculates the electricity bill in real-time based on the amount of electricity and deducts it. When the remaining amount in the meter is not

When sufficient, it can automatically power off; The electricity meter can be recharged through the management system's remote or local infrared remote control card; The electricity payment method is flexible and supports monthly, annual, or time of use electricity prices.

2)Monthly subsidy for electricity can be set, with priority given to using the subsidy for electricity meters and a limit on the subsidy amount

Used within the current month, cannot be accumulated to the next month.

3)Support overdraft function, allowing users to continue using electricity until overdraft even when their balance is zero

Until the amount is used up, the overdraft amount will be automatically deducted for the next electricity purchase.

4.7 Identification of malignant loads

Equipped with malignant load recognition function, it can identify high-power resistive loads such as electric furnaces and rapid heating, and automatically trip to limit the use of such loads; And save the records of the last 10 malignant load events.

4.8 Load learning function

By collecting the characteristic quantities of malignant loads, performing calculations, and writing the calculated characteristics into the electricity meter, the meter can allow the use of this malignant load.

4.9 Time period control function

Trip (or close) at the set time point, disconnect (or put into operation) the power supply circuit, and achieve automatic reclosing (or tripping).

4.10 Overvoltage protection and power control function

When the voltage exceeds the set value or the load power exceeds the set value, it can automatically trip and close after a certain delay time (adjustable).

4.11 Power protection function

When the energy meter is in the power on state, it does not perform the tripping operation caused by time period control, temperature control, and cost control until the power on state is released. Support command power protection, time period power protection, night power protection, and network fault power protection.

4.12 Arc extinguishing function

The use of a dynamic zero crossing action device for switching power supplies eliminates the damage caused by arcing when the relay is loaded and closed, greatly improving the service life of the product. This technology has obtained national patents.

4.13 Clock
