The module adopts a high-precision control calibration algorithm designed, with a control accuracy of up to 0.001psi. The channel structure design is very compact (micro flow path blocks, high-precision pressure sensors/flow sensors), and can be freely combined through software to achieve laboratory level pressure and flow control at a more economical cost. The module can also be customized with parameters according to the actual application of the user, maximizing the matching of user needs.
