1、 Main technical features and functions

1. The mixing paddle consists of a single axis (relative to double axis) and five stainless steel mixing blades, which can achieve the requirement of fully coating the surface of the aggregate with asphalt within five minutes, in accordance with the EN 12697-35 standard.

2. Adopting a horizontal structure, the mixing pot can be horizontally rotated to unload the material, making it easy to operate.

3. The heating temperature of the mixing pot can be set arbitrarily between room temperature and+250 ℃, meeting various temperature requirements for cold mixing, warm mixing, and hot mixing.

4. High precision temperature sensors monitor the mixing temperature in real-time, with a temperature control stability of ± 1 ℃.

5. The speed of the mixing paddle (5-35 revolutions per minute) can be infinitely adjusted through the control panel's knob to adapt to the mixing of different aggregate gradations and mixtures with various modified materials added.

6. Adopting ergonomic design principles and humanized design ideas, the height of the instrument is suitable for the operator to stand and operate. After mixing is completed, the automatic tilting unloading function with a maximum of 130 degrees makes collecting the mixture simple and easy.
