The Sigma liquid safety valve 24RV 14/16 series is a two position two-way, normally closed, spring plunger hydraulic safety valve. Under normal pressure, the valve remains in a normally closed state to maintain the working pressure of the system. When the hydraulic circuit pressure rises abnormally and reaches the set value, the valve automatically opens to release excess pressure through the exhaust port, protecting the system safety. After the pressure drops back to the safe range, the valve automatically resets to maintain stable system operation.

Sigma liquid safety valveThe 24RV 14/16 series is a two position two-way, normally closed, spring plunger hydraulic safety valve.

Under normal pressure, the valve remains in a normally closed state to maintain the working pressure of the system. When the hydraulic circuit pressure rises abnormally and reaches the set value, the valve automatically opens to release excess pressure through the exhaust port, protecting the system safety. After the pressure drops back to the safe range, the valve automatically resets to maintain stable system operation.

The pressure relief can be adjusted by rotating the spring chamber, increasing it clockwise and decreasing it counterclockwise. After adjustment, the locking nut is fixed. Suitable for overpressure protection in hydraulic control systems, it can deal with pressure rise caused by faults in pressure regulating equipment, pump abnormalities, and thermal expansion.
