The Sigma hydraulic interface valve 20HM series is a two position two-way/three position three-way, pilot driven, high-pressure hydraulic interface valve that uses a low-pressure pilot to control the high-pressure circuit. When the pilot loses pressure, it automatically performs safety cut-off and pressure relief to control the opening and closing sequence of the surface safety valve (SSV) and the downhole safety valve (SCSSV). The entire series is equipped with a manual operating mechanism, which can manually establish a hydraulic path when there is no pilot pressure, meeting the needs of startup, debugging, and maintenance. The seal is made of Viton fluororubber, and the metal parts are made of 316/17-4PH stainless steel, suitable for standard, H ₂ S sulfur resistant, and polar low temperature working conditions.
