Eclipse microplate is used in conjunction with Eclipse analyzer and software to measure and evenly distribute reagent water, sample, and horseshoe crab reagent LAL in a 104 optical cell using centrifugal force and pneumatic chamber. The optical cell includes partitions for standard curves, samples, and positive product control PPC. Control the reaction at 37+/-1 ° C and obtain a high-definition view of each cell by obtaining a reading of 405 nm every five seconds.
