Sievers Boron Ultra Ultra Ultra Pure Water Online Boron Analyzer

The Sievers Boron Ultra online UPW boron analyzer is a new generation of ultrapure water (UPW) boron analyzer that can detect dissolved boron concentrations in parts per trillion (ppt). The Boron Ultra analyzer is available on the marketonlyA real-time online boron analyzer that helps many microelectronics manufacturers and owners of ultrapure water systems continuously monitor boron control processes, meeting the specifications for ultrapure water in the International Roadmap for Devices and Systems (IRDS) (i.e. 50 ppt).

The Sievers Boron Ultra analyzer can detect an increase in boron before silica leakage, which helps prevent silica from leaking into ultrapure water. This analyzer can actively detect processes such as mixed resin bed ion exchange and electron deionizationleakThe resulting silicon dioxide and other ionic pollutants help users increase effective output and reduce the cost of ion exchange processes.

The main highlights of the new Sievers Boron Ultra and its comparison with the old boron analyzer:

● Compliant with RoHS, CE, UKCA regulations and standards

● Higher sensitivity: detection limit of 10 ppt (old model was 15 ppt)

● Wide detection range: up to 100 ppb (old model was 20 ppb)

The sample pressure requirement is 15 psi or above (the old model was 20 psi)

● Shorter analysis time: Sampling speed is 3 minutes or 6 minutes (the old model was 6.5 minutes or 12 minutes)
