(1) Surface acoustic wave screen touch inaccurate·

Please run the touch screen calibration program (Start Settings Control Panel Soundwave Screen Icon Calibrate button).
·If it is a newly purchased touchscreen, please try deleting the driver, then power off the host for 5 seconds, turn it on and reinstall the driver.
·If the above method does not work, it may be that the reflection stripes of the sound wave screen have been slightly damaged during transportation and cannot be repaired.
·If the acoustic screen is not correct after being used for a period of time, it may be that the reflection stripes around the screen or the transducer are covered with dust. If you use our LT series model, you need to open the door behind the display behind the cabinet, loosen the left and right bolts that fix the display and the bolts that top the front display, see that the gap between the front display and the front panel of the cabinet is enough to make fun of it, or remove the display and place it on the foam or soft cushion, and then use a soft cloth to spray computer cleaning agent to wipe around the screen.
·If there are water droplets or other soft objects sticking to the surface of the touch screen, and the touch screen misjudges that there is a hand touch causing the surface sound wave screen to be inaccurate, simply wipe it off.
(2) Surface acoustic wave screen cannot be calibrated
·If you are using a branded machine, some branded machines may come pre installed with MOUSE drivers, which may conflict with touch screen drivers. Simply uninstall them.
·It is possible that the touch screen control card received an operation signal before the host started loading the touch screen driver. Please power off, restart the computer, and recalibrate.
·It may be due to abnormal installation of the touch screen driver. Please delete the driver and reinstall it (control panel/add/remove programs).
·It is possible that after using the sound wave screen for a period of time, the reflective stripes around the screen are covered with a large amount of dust, which makes it impossible to calibrate or the touch screen position inaccurate. You need to follow the guidance of our technical personnel or remove the display components and hand them over to the dealer for cleaning of the screen body.
(3) Surface acoustic wave screen has no response to touch
·It is possible that the serial port number selected during the installation of the touch screen driver does not correspond to the actual serial port number connected to the touch screen. Please uninstall and reinstall the driver.
·It is possible that the host is a domestically produced original machine with an OEM version of the operating system installed, which has been adjusted by the manufacturer, resulting in non-standard serial communication and incompatibility with the touch screen driver. If feasible, please format the hard drive and install the system to drive the touch screen.
·It is possible that the touch screen driver version is too low, please install a newer driver.
·Check if there are any conflicts between devices and serial port resources in the host, and adjust each hardware device accordingly For example, some network cards have a default IRQ of 3 after installation, which conflicts with the IRQ of COM2. In this case, the IRQ of the network card should be changed to an idle and unused IRQ
