The W11SNC series high-precision universal rolling machine has the following characteristics:
(1) The upper roller has a drum shape, and the lower part of the lower roller is adjusted with a support roller, which can roll products with high straightness from thin to thick plates in a wide range.
(2) Unique rear rolling process, continuous bending, avoids product "dead bending" and "sharp picking", and can obtain high-precision products.
(3) The end pre bending of the sheet is achieved by directly pressing the upper roller, which can control the length and shape of the remaining straight edges and achieve high-precision end pre bending.
