The core part of the outdoor temperature and humidity sensor consists of a set of highly integrated temperature and humidity sensor chips, all of which are fully calibrated digital output chips. Lightweight louver boxes can prevent direct radiation from the sun and reflected radiation from the ground, protecting the internal instruments from strong winds, rain, snow, and other factors. And its special surface treatment and structural design enable the sensing part of the instrument to be appropriately ventilated, truly sensing changes in environmental factors such as external air temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide, etc.
This product adopts CMOSens patented technology to ensure high reliability and excellent long-term stability. The sensor includes a capacitive polymer humidity sensitive element and a temperature sensitive element made of bandgap material, which are designed on the same chip as a 14 bit A/D converter and a serial interface circuit.
This sensor has excellent quality, ultra fast response, strong anti-interference ability, and high cost-effectiveness. Each sensor chip is calibrated in an extremely precise constant temperature chamber, using a mirror condensation dew point meter as a reference. The calibration coefficients obtained through calibration are stored in the OTP memory of the chip itself in program form. By using a two-wire serial interface and internal voltage adjustment, peripheral system integration becomes fast and simple.
