Features: It is used for granulation of various organic fertilizers after fermentation, breaking through the conventional organic fertilizer granulation process. Before granulation, the raw materials do not need to be dried, and the raw materials can be directly mixed and processed into spherical particles, which can save a lot of energy.
Advantages of Shijiazhuang Organic Fertilizer Granulator: The produced particles are spherical with an organic content of up to 100%, achieving pure organic granulation. By utilizing the characteristic of organic particles being able to grow and interlock with each other under certain conditions, no adhesive is required during granulation. The particles are solid and can be sieved after granulation, reducing drying energy consumption. The moisture content of the raw materials can be around 20% -40%.
