Sheet machine assembly line

Purpose:

The inclined single-layer plastic sheet machine is suitable for producing single-layer co extruded polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (HIPS), etc. It is used to make plastic sheets for beverage cups, ice cream cups, yogurt cups, lids, plates, packaging boxes and other containers.

Performance characteristics:

1. The inclined single-layer plastic sheet unit is composed of an extruder, rolling, traction, and winding machine, and an electrical control cabinet.

2. The main components of the screw, barrel, screen changer, mold head, etc. are made of high-quality alloy steel (38CrMoAIA) and treated with nitriding, which has the advantages of high hardness, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

3. The screw adopts a large aspect ratio, with uniform plasticization and good plasticizing ability

4. The screen changer adopts a hydraulic dual screen changing device, which does not require stopping the machine for screen changing. Easy to operate and improve production efficiency.

5. The rolling, traction, and winding parts of the machine (including waste edge rewinding) are designed as a whole, with a beautiful appearance and easy and fast installation and debugging.

6. The extruder frame is made of square steel, which makes the machine run more stably at high speeds. The motor and gearbox are directly connected to improve production efficiency.
