Three detection methods for normal installation of FM radar level gauge

1. This instrument is used outdoors, so it is recommended to install a sunshade or protective box to prevent the LCD screen from aging due to exposure to sunlight over time. If used in an environment with corrosive gases, it is necessary to install an anti-corrosion jacket and tighten the outer shell and inlet and outlet terminals of the instrument. Radar level gauges should be selected for use in environments with corrosive gases or liquids, or in coastal or offshore environments, and should be of anti-corrosion type.
2. Wire and cable protection pipes should be sealed with radar level gauges to prevent water accumulation and to prevent being bitten by rodents such as mice.
3. Although the instrument itself has lightning protection devices, it is recommended to install dedicated lightning protection devices at the inlet and outlet of the instrument when using the radar level gauge in areas with frequent lightning strikes.
4. When the instrument is used in extremely hot and cold places, where the ambient temperature may exceed the working requirements of the instrument, it is recommended to install high and low temperature devices around the level gauge.
5. The radar should be perpendicular to the liquid level being measured, and there should be no other obstacles within the conical range of the radar's electromagnetic wave emission.
