Customer Notice:

The equipment comes with a one-year free warranty, which starts from the date of product acceptance. Consumable filter materials are not included in this warranty.

If any equipment quality problems occur during the warranty period (excluding those caused by misoperation or unforeseeable factors), the supplier shall repair them free of charge and be responsible for replacing damaged parts.

After the warranty period expires, only a certain material fee and appropriate technical service fee will be charged.

If there is a malfunction in the system operation that cannot be resolved by oneself or by phone, our technical maintenance personnel will notify the customer in writing of the fault situation,24Provide solutions (including temporary measures) and progress within hours.
