Sewage treatment process online
Sewage treatment process flow: The sewage treatment process is a combination of process methods used for a certain type of sewage treatment. Usually, the treatment process adopted is determined based on the water quality and quantity of sewage, the economic value of recycling, discharge standards, and other social and economic conditions, after analysis and comparison. The entire process involves the raw sewage passing through the screening device being lifted by the sewage lifting pump and entering the sedimentation tank. Inorganic particles with high specific gravity are removed in the sedimentation tank. The sewage separated by sand and water enters the primary sedimentation tank, which is the first level treatment (i.e. physical treatment). The effluent from the primary sedimentation tank enters the biological treatment equipment, which includes activated sludge process and biofilm process (the reactor of activated sludge process includes aeration tank, oxidation ditch, etc., while biofilm process includes biological filter tank, biological turntable, biological contact oxidation process and biological fluidized bed). The effluent from the biological treatment equipment enters the secondary sedimentation tank, and the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank is disinfected and discharged or enters the third level treatment. The first level treatment ends at this point, which is the second level treatment. The third level treatment includes biological fluidized bed. Denitrification and phosphorus removal methods, coagulation sedimentation method, sand filtration method, activated carbon adsorption method, Ion exchange method and electrodialysis method. Part of the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank flows back to the primary sedimentation tank or biological treatment equipment, while another part enters the sludge concentration tank and then enters the sludge digestion tank. After passing through dewatering and drying equipment, the sludge is finally utilized. |
