The sewage flow meter can measure low flow rate media, and can be installed in multiple ways if the flow rate is greater than 0.1m/s (Reynolds number greater than 1000 is sufficient)
A sewage flow meter is an instrument specifically designed to measure the volumetric flow rate of sewage and other conductive liquids. Compared with traditional flow meters, sewage flow meters have advantages, especially when measuring liquids containing solid particles or fibers. Its principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When the conductive liquid flows through the measuring pipeline, the conductive liquid perpendicular to the magnetic field cuts the magnetic field lines and generates induced electromotive force. The induced electromotive force is proportional to the flow velocity, and by measuring the electromotive force, the volumetric flow rate of the fluid can be calculated. It plays an important role in the fields of sewage treatment and environmental protection.
