CSASSensory software systemIt is a computer management software developed for conducting standardized sensory evaluation activities. The main function of the software is the sensory inspection module, which can achieve online automation of sensory inspection experiment design, result input, result analysis, and report output. Adopting globally and nationally recognized and coordinated standardized methods for sensory analysis, in accordance with international standards for sensory analysis (ISO) and Chinese national standards (GB) requirements, and combined with good sensory analysis practices, the main activities of sensory evaluation such as sample preparation, sample provision, evaluator evaluation, result summary, result analysis, and inspection reports are facilitated and effectively managed in the form of process prompts, task lists, and supporting functions for task implementation (various chart generation and statistical method backend links). In addition, the system is also equipped with an information query function module, which can provide users with sensory analysis knowledge query and historical record retrieval of sensory evaluation activities.
