The QZ series self-priming slurry pump is a product developed by our factory based on ZXB self-priming pump and WFB unsealed automatic self-priming pump. It belongs to the cantilever centrifugal pump, and the pump body is equipped with a siphon box as the storage chamber. It is connected to the working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulation hole, forming the axial reflux external hybrid system of the pump. When the pump is started. The liquid stored in the pump is ejected upwards with air carried by the impeller. The slurry flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged outside the pump, creating a vacuum inside the pump. Achieve self-priming effect. The strong self-priming pump achieves strong self-priming function by combining the above principle with a specially designed pressure system. Mainly suitable for the suction and transportation of slurries with solid content less than 10% in chemical processes. Can replace various types of submersible pumps and submersible pumps.

(A) Steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (U} tMWPE) is suitable for temperatures between -180 ℃ and 85 ℃. Sulfuric acid with a concentration below 98%, nitric acid without temperature, hydrochloric acid with any concentration, liquid alkali, oil, saltwater, organic solvents, seawater, etc.
(B) Steel lined fluoroplastic (FR46) is suitable for use between 85 and 1809C, in sulfuric acid, strong nitric acid, strong hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, aqua regia, various solvents, etc.
(C) S304 stainless steel (0Cr18Ni9) is a high-performance austenitic stainless steel. Capable of withstanding strong oxidizing acids, 65% nitric acid, boiling point acetic acid, citric acid, alkaline solutions, most organic acids, inorganic acids, and low temperatures of -180 ℃.
(D)S316L(00Cr17Nil4Mo2)
Resistant to various inorganic acids, organic acids, bases, and salts (sulfite, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, chlorides, halogens, sulfites).

Dual phase stainless steel. Good comprehensive performance of corrosion and wear resistance. Used for conveying slurries with high wear resistance requirements such as solid dilute sulfuric acid, high concentration slurry, metal slurry, coal slurry, etc.
(2) The working principle of the siphon part of the pump combined with the vacuum pump and propeller thruster. (3) Specially designed self-priming S-shaped impeller. The combination of asymmetric cross-section snail shell design reduces fluid impact losses. When rotating at high speed in the semi slurry state of solid-liquid mixing in the process, the operation is smooth, efficient, and strong, effectively reducing blockage and cavitation. Eliminate vibration and noise from pipeline equipment.
(4) The sealing part can be selected with different sealing types based on the slurry content and the acidity or alkalinity of the solution.
(A) Single end face, built-in static type. Multi spring balanced structure with water-cooled flushing mechanical seal: a complete set of hard to soft matching combination made of silicon nitride and fluoroplastic with surface contact, and the sealing surface maintains micro contact. It is an advanced shaft seal structure. It has the advantages of small leakage, low power consumption, and long service life. Mainly suitable for trace particle impurities below 5%. Transport and suction of various acids and bases with a specific gravity below 1.2 and a viscosity not exceeding 2000 centipoise.
(B) Sealing structure of power auxiliary impeller open ring: This structure is commonly used in slurry pumps. It consists of a silicon nitride (Si3N4) shaft sleeve, a fluororubber open ring, and a sealing box combined with water cooling. When starting up, the impeller rotates with the secondary impeller (secondary blade diameter). Generate force within the sealed cavity of the back cover to directly discharge the slurry containing impurities. Maintain relative balance between the pressure of the medium inside the back cover chamber and the cooling water pressure during rotation; When the shaft sleeve rotates with the shaft, the fluororubber opening ring is slightly stretched by heat. Due to the opening into the flow channel, the fluororubber O-ring is clamped onto the silicon nitride sleeve to maintain sealing under the pressure of the slurry in the flow channel. Within 200 ℃, it can maintain self-lubricating properties without tearing or burning, ensuring sealing effectiveness. Mainly suitable for conveying slurry with a viscosity of 2000-6000 centipoise and a solid content of less than 10%.
(5) The strength of the shaft has been increased, and the distance between the front and rear shafts has been widened. The rear bearing has been designed as a double row bearing, overcoming the adverse factors caused by axial displacement on the pump. The cantilever stiffness has been optimized, significantly reducing the noise and vibration of the pump.
The QZ series self-priming slurry pump requires a check valve to be installed at the inlet, and generally does not require a bottom valve. An additional drain valve needs to be installed on the pipeline outside the check valve to facilitate the emptying of the slurry inside the pump inlet pipeline after shutdown. An exhaust valve and a filling valve should be installed on the pump outlet pipeline. Fill the pump chamber with liquid through the filling valve before the first start-up; After the pump is started. Open the exhaust valve to exhaust the air inside the pump. The pump can be used to suck liquid normally
