Overview

Users can automatically control pumps and valves based on the self holding liquid level switch vector. Due to the built-in holding function of this switch, the contactor can be controlled to turn on and off without self-locking, avoiding contactor misoperation.

The self holding liquid level switch can be installed on the outer side of the UHZ-50 liquid level gauge body at the position corresponding to the upper and lower limit liquid level alarmsWhen the magnetic float inside the main body moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level to the alarm set point, the magnetic steel inside the float will cause the contact of the reed switch inside the transmitter to close or open. Due to the use of magnetic circuit memory principle in the transmitter, the output contact signal has a self holding function, so it is not afraid of power outages. After power restoration, the working status of the transmitter contacts can still accurately reflect the true situation of the measured medium liquid level, which plays a very important role in ensuring the safe operation of the production process. The UK series alarm controller produced by our factory can be used in conjunction to achieve positional automatic control of liquid level.
