The large wheel WHB pump is a new type of chemical pump that is temperature resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. It is made by referring to the convection suction principle of the domestic WFB unsealed self controlled self-priming pump, further optimized and improved by our factory, and using steel lining F46 and steel lining U'iMWPE ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It has the comprehensive advantages of self controlled self-priming high temperature and high pressure, corrosion and wear resistance, and is the choice for conveying special slurry and filter press matching.
This pump is equipped with a continuous multi-faceted centrifugal force sealing device of WFB type unsealed self controlled self-priming pump. This device structure operates without sealing friction, so there is no need to consider leakage; The principle of vacuum pump suction has been transplanted to ensure stable and reliable self-priming performance of WHB pump; The installation of electric air control valves has implemented automated operation, with one-time drainage, lifelong self-priming, and minimal maintenance. The WHB pump has changed the flow channel of the original WFB pump to integral material compression. Improve the hydraulic performance of the pump, achieve energy saving, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The impeller adopts negative pressure fully open design, without blockage or cavitation. The head of the multi-stage impeller device pump can reach 180 meters. If the user delivers water similar to clean water or does not need to use lining, and uses A3 steel plate or stainless steel plate to make the pump, our factory will produce WFB pump or Wl-1B pump according to the improved process, and its performance parameters will remain unchanged according to the table below.
The pump body shell is made of A3 steel plate to ensure the pressure bearing strength of the pump. The steel plate adopts a turtle shell mesh structure with F46 or ultra-high polymer lining. If the customer chooses FR46 lining, all the contact parts between the pump and the slurry are FR46, which ensures the pressure resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of the entire pump. Enable WFB pumps to be suitable for various particularly harsh industrial and mining conditions.
The multi-stage impeller device can set the pump head to a constant value and is suitable for use in conjunction with nozzle spraying, ensuring a long-term high-pressure fixed state.
The steel plate lining (FR46) is made of fluoroplastic (represented by the letter "F" in our factory), which can be used for slurries containing acid, alkali, and salt at any concentration below 180 ℃. If the medium of the position has a low slurry content and the working temperature is often at 130 ℃. -Between 180 ℃, using a G high-temperature self-priming pump, we need to install a silicon carbide static surface seal when making the pump. To ensure the safety of high-temperature slurry transportation.
Steel plate lining (U IMWPE) made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (represented by the letter "U" in our factory). Suitable for slurries with concentrations below 98% sulfuric acid, below 50% nitric acid, and any concentration of hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, oil, saltwater, seawater, organic solvents, etc. between 85 ℃ and 180 ℃.
This pump has superior self-priming performance, with a general self-priming depth of 4-5 meters. Customers who require self-priming of more than 5 meters can customize from our factory, with a self-priming depth of 10 meters and a self-priming depth of 1000 meters.
