Secondary enveloping toroidal worm gear pairIt is based on a plane as the base surface, enveloping the tooth surface of the toroidal worm through circular motion, and then enveloping the tooth surface of the worm wheel through relative motion with the tooth surface of the worm as the base surface. Compared with ordinary cylindrical worm and straight profile worm, the planar quadratic enveloping worm has the following characteristics:

(1) The worm is a toroidal worm, and the number of teeth that mesh with the worm wheel increases simultaneously;

(2) The tooth surface of the worm is precisely ground after hardening treatment, and the hardness and surface roughness of the tooth surface are improved, which can achieve high tooth profile accuracy;

(3) The tooth surface has a large contact area and instantaneous double line contact, resulting in an increase in the total length of the contact line.

(4) The lubrication angle of the tooth surface is large, and dynamic pressure oil is easily formed during meshing.

The planar secondary enveloping reducer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the mechanical industry standard JB/T90501-1999 "Planar enveloping surface worm reducer" of the People's Republic of China. Its allowable working speed does not exceed 1800rpm, and the worm can rotate in both forward and reverse directions. The working environment temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to+40 ℃, and it can be widely used as a deceleration mechanical equipment for various mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, and construction.
