2、 Working principle and equipment structure

The crushing and shrinking machine consists of a feeding device, a crushing device, a shrinking device, and a sampling device, and constitutes a fully sealed system.

⑴ Crushing device. The upper and lower shells of the crusher are connected by a rotating shaft, and the locking device is locked with a spring handle. The rotor assembly consists of a main shaft, hammer head, small shaft, etc. The tape rollers and flywheel at both ends of the main shaft are symmetrically arranged with the center of the rotor assembly.

⑵ Shrinking device. The dividing device consists of a dividing device, a dividing device adjustment mechanism, a sliding rod, a pulley, an eccentric disc, a connecting rod, a reduction device, etc. The small shaft on the eccentric disc is equipped with a connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected to the splitter, which drives the splitter to move horizontally back and forth in the left and right directions along the sliding rod. The length of the connecting rod can be adjusted to adjust the relative position between the splitter and the crusher discharge port, thereby adjusting the splitting ratio.
