1、 Purpose:

2、 Working principle and structural characteristics

Adopting the principle of impact crushing, the motor drives the hammerhead of the rotor assembly to quickly circulate, and the great centrifugal force causes the hammerhead to open outward, forming an impact ring. When the material enters the impact ring, it is crushed, and the crushed material enters the sampler through the gap between the screening bars. At the same time, the vibration mechanism drives the vibrating screen plate to vibrate at high frequencies up and down, so that samples with high moisture content will not stick to the screen strip.

The crusher consists of a feeding device, a crushing device, a vibration device, and a sampling device, and forms a fully sealed system.
