1. Introduction:

Sealed sample water-cooled crusherBF-20W is the model with the largest crushing capacity in the BF series water-cooled high-speed crusher. The single machine crushing capacity can reach 1000g, and the water-cooled jacket capacity can reach 420ml. The larger crushing capacity and larger water-cooled jacket make the crushing speed and cooling effect of the machine better. This machine can use newly added water-cooled jackets to cool down the crushing bin and raw materials using circulating water or chillers, as well as liquid nitrogen, achieving a relatively good low-temperature crushing effect. This machine has a wide range of application prospects in the crushing of thermosensitive raw materials and low-temperature crushing requirements. The low-temperature crushing effect has been significantly improved through multiple multi material tests.

2. Principle:

The water-cooled high-speed crusher is a commonly used laboratory equipment that uses the high-speed rotation and impact of the crusher blades to achieve general crushing of dry materials. It consists of a crushing chamber, a water-cooled jacket, crushing blades, a high-speed motor, a bracket, and a power box. The machine comes standard with a circulation pump and water pipes. In order to achieve lower crushing temperatures, customers can also choose to pair it with a chiller or ultra-low temperature refrigeration equipment. The machine is easy to operate. After connecting the circulating water or chiller, the material is directly placed into the crushing chamber, the chamber cover is tightened, and the crushing can be completed within 1-3 minutes after starting up. This machine is suitable for crushing dry samples such as food, medicine, soil, plants, traditional Chinese medicine, minerals, chemical raw materials, etc.
