Sealed high and low temperature integrated machines can generally be divided into air-cooled and water-cooled types. From a structural perspective, the entire circulation system of a sealed heating and cooling integrated machine is sealed and leak free. Among them, the liquid circulation is a closed system that can achieve no absorption of water vapor at low temperatures and no generation of oil mist at high temperatures. The expansion container is insulated from the liquid circulation and does not participate in the liquid circulation. Therefore, in fields with high cleanliness requirements such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals, enclosed heating and cooling integrated machines can play an important role.
Although the interior is complex, it is very orderly. In addition to various circuits and pipelines, there are also compressors, condensers, heat exchangers, sensors, overload protectors, etc. The compressor is the core component of the refrigeration and heating integrated machine, which drives the whole through electrical energy. The condenser and heat exchanger are used to reduce temperature and exchange heat, sensors are used for real-time temperature testing, and overload protectors are used to protect the equipment.
The structural characteristics of the enclosed high and low temperature integrated machine are: it is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and generous shape, and adopts a non reactive handle, making it easy to operate. The high and low temperature integrated machine consists of a casing and internal accessories. The shell adopts customizable standard conditions (standard color 7035). The price of stainless steel raw materials has risen, especially due to environmental restrictions. Good raw material steel mills have stopped production, and prices are expected to continue to rise. Belonging to electronic instrument equipment, it is a commonly used device in laboratories, and maintenance of high and low temperature integrated machines is also an important part of it, which can extend the service life and operating efficiency of high and low temperature integrated machines.
As a two machine integrated cycle equipment that combines high and low temperature equipment, it has the characteristics of reasonable product structure, easy operation, and strong stability. The entire circulation system is airtight, with an expansion container inside. The system is insulated when the heat source circulates, integrating high, medium, and low temperature heat sources into one device. The correct debugging of the high and low temperature integrated machine is related to the operation of the entire equipment. For refrigeration and heating systems, preparation and close cooperation should be made before debugging to avoid damage to the high and low temperature integrated machine caused by misoperation.
It can be matched with bioreactors, extraction and ion exchange equipment, evaporation, crystallization, distillation, etc. in biotechnology for refrigeration, heating, and temperature control. There are many exothermic reactions in this type of reaction process, which require cooling. Therefore, a high and low temperature integrated machine is needed for cooling, heating, and temperature control to provide the corresponding cold source. The high and low temperature integrated machine adopts plate heat exchangers to reduce the demand for heat transfer fluid, improve heat utilization, and achieve the purpose of heating and cooling.

Under normal circumstances, the heat transfer oil in the sealed high and low temperature integrated machine is continuously pumped out by the high-temperature oil pump, becoming a fluid with certain kinetic energy. The heat transfer oil flows through the heater and cooler, and reaches the temperature controlled equipment. After heat exchange with the temperature controlled equipment, it flows back into the sealed high and low temperature integrated unit for the next cycle. During the heating process of the sealed high and low temperature integrated machine, the heating tube converts electrical energy into thermal energy, causing the oil temperature to continuously rise. The heat transfer oil transfers the heat from the sealed high and low temperature integrated machine to the controlled temperature equipment, or the controlled temperature equipment transfers the heat to the heat transfer oil. Then, the cooling system carries out the excess thermal energy of the system through the cooling water, thus completing the entire heat exchange process.
Internal structure:
The outer frame and screen of the fully enclosed high and low temperature hot and cold integrated machine are made of industrial grade stainless steel, which is sturdy and not easily deformed. It is also painted to prevent rust and corrosion. The screen is divided into touch and button types, each with its own advantages, appearing clear and direct, and easy to operate.
