1、 Purpose:

2、 Basic structure and working principle

1. Basic structure

It consists of a feeding hopper, a crushing chamber, a receiving hopper, a motor and transmission mechanism, and a machine base. The crushing chamber is equipped with a rotor (crushing hammer) and a sieve plate feeding and discharging device, which are fully sealed structures. The upper and lower shells are connected by hinges, and the locking device is locked with a spring handle.

2. Crushing principle

The hammer crusher adopts the principle of impact crushing. The electric motor drives the rotor inside the crushing chamber to rotate at high speed through the belt pulley and transmission tape. After entering the crushing chamber, the material is impacted by the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating rotor hammer, and at the same time, it collides and rubs against the inner wall of the chamber, causing it to break. After crushing, the material enters the receiving hopper through the sieve plate. Replacing sieve plates with different aperture sizes can change the particle size of the discharge.
