Overview

Controlled glass bottles are generally used for packaging small capacity products, while screw controlled glass bottles are used for packaging products that cannot be used up at once and need to be used multiple times. Our company can produce screw controlled glass bottles with capacities ranging from 1.5ml to 60ml, which can meet the needs of customers with different capacities.

Product Details

This screw mouth control glass bottle is made of low borosilicate glass and is made by control. To control glass bottles, the first step is to design and manufacture molds. The glass raw material is mainly quartz sand, which is melted into a liquid state at high temperatures with other auxiliary materials. Then, it is injected into the mold, cooled, cut, and tempered to form the glass bottle. This screw mouth controlled glass bottle can be equipped with various plastic caps, PE gaskets, silicone gaskets, etc., used for containing liquids and powders. Screw mouth controlled glass bottles are safe and hygienic, with good corrosion resistance and acid resistance, suitable for packaging acidic substances (such as vegetable juices and beverages).

Below, we will analyze the reasons for the following issues that occur during the production of screw controlled glass bottles:
1) The inner diameter of the bottle mouth may be large or small: the reason may be that the center of the equipment disk is not aligned, the core is thick or thin, and the mold wheel is too tight or too loose;
2) Large or small outer diameter of bottle mouth: low temperature, loose mold wheel, high pliers and high core; The mold wheel is tight, the pliers are low, and the core is low.
3) Thick or thin edge of bottle mouth: high pliers, low core; The pliers are low and the core is high.
4) Round or semi-circular mouth: high temperature, insufficient material, thin glass tube, or inappropriate chuck speed.
