Product Introduction
The main ingredients of this product are NaOH, TritonX-100, Tween20, yeast total RNA, grinding beads, and H2O. This product provides a simple, safe, and effective method for storing and lysing vaginal swab samples, cervical swab samples, oral swab samples, pharyngeal swab samples, nasal swab samples, peripheral blood, urine, bacterial cultures, viruses, fungi, and other samples. In an alkaline environment, this product lyses cells with surfactants to release nucleic acids from the cells. This reagent has a fast processing speed and only requires thorough mixing of swabs or samples in the liquid to achieve effective lysis.
Product Usage
Used for preprocessing of test samples, releasing the test substance from its bound state with other substances, in order to facilitate the detection of the test substance using in vitro diagnostic reagents or instruments.

1. Fast cracking speed, no need for additional heating; Simultaneously preserve the RNA of the lysed sample; If RT-PCR, RT qPCR and other tests are required for sample RNA, the mixed liquid of the sample and this product can be directly taken as a template and added to the amplification system, without the need for nucleic acid extraction and purification operations.
2. Long storage time: RNA released after lysis can be stored at room temperature for 10 days, at 2-8 ℃ for one month, and at -20 ℃ for long-term storage to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
