Product Introduction

The main ingredients of this product are NaOH, TritonX-100, Tween20, grinding beads, and H2O. This product provides a simple, safe, and effective method for storing and lysing vaginal swab samples, cervical swab samples, oral swab samples, pharyngeal swab samples, nasal swab samples, peripheral blood, urine, bacterial cultures, viruses, fungi, and other samples. In an alkaline environment, this product lyses cells with surfactants to release nucleic acids from the cells. This reagent has a fast processing speed and only requires thorough mixing of swabs or samples in the liquid to achieve effective lysis.

Product Usage

Used for preprocessing of test samples, releasing the test substance from its bound state with other substances, in order to facilitate the detection of the test substance using in vitro diagnostic reagents or instruments. This product can be used in combination with subsequent PCR reagents, or it can be used alone to store nucleic acid samples after lysis.
