Sample bottles, also known as sampling bottles, purification bottles, sterile bottles, clean bottles, filter bottles, clean bottles, sampling bottles, filter bottles, etc., are VS spare parts for pollution detection.
Commonly used in laboratories
Spot supply of imported 4ml sample bottle cap pads, 15ml sample bottle cap pads, 20ml sample bottle cap pads, 40ml sample bottle cap pads, 60ml sample bottle cap pads, threaded mouth, perforated cap, clamp, aluminum cap, etc;
Chromatographic injection bottles have wide applications in the fields of chemistry and medicine. Automatic injection bottles are generally made of hydrolyzed glass or borosilicate, with specifications ranging from 1mL to 60mL. Different bottle mouth designs are designed to meet different practical operational needs. The bottle cap that matches the bottle can be solid or hollow, with multiple colors available. The size of the spacer inside the bottle cap varies with the size of the cap. There are generally three types of spacers: one layer, two layers, and three layers, each with different or the same color. The spacer material is generally composed of silicone or rubber and Teflon.
Selection and classification of chromatographic injection bottles
Sample injection bottle, also known as chromatographic sample bottle. It is a glass vial used for automatic injection of liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and headspace sampler for chromatographic analysis. It generally consists of a bottle, cap, and pad as a complete set. The basic requirements are accurate volume, ability to withstand certain pressure, good sealing performance, and no adsorption effect on the sample.
Injection bottles are classified according to their volume, generally including 2mL, 4mL, 18mL, and 20mL. Among them, 2mL is mainly for automatic injection bottles, while 18mL and 20mL are mainly for headspace injection bottles. The 2mL sample bottle is divided into 8mm standard sample bottle and 9mm wide mouthed bottle according to the diameter of the pad. According to color, there are transparent bottles and brown bottles. For photosensitive samples, brown bottles are required. In addition, bottles are divided into those with and without scales, those with and without writable labels, and can be selected according to one's actual situation. There are two commonly used sealing methods for sample bottle caps: threaded mouth and clamp mouth, depending on the sealing method. Threaded caps are generally made of polytetrafluoroethylene, while jaw caps are typically made of aluminum.
There are several specifications for the diameter of the injection pad of chromatographic injection bottles, including 8mm, 9mm, 11mm, 12mm, and 20mm. 8mm and 9mm are commonly used pads for 2mL threaded bottles. 11mm is a commonly used pad for 2mL jaw injection bottles, commonly found in Agilent's GC-MS automatic sampler. A diameter of 12mm is basically equivalent to a Waters liquid phase automatic injection bottle or a Shimadzu waste liquid bottle. 18mm diameter is basically used for 20mL threaded headspace bottles. 20mm is mainly used for 10mL or 20mL headspace injection bottles.
In addition, for micro injection, an inner tube is also required, and there are now many injection bottles with fixed inner tube specifications.
shim
PTFE/Silicone
① Suggested for multiple injections and sample storage
② Featuring the resealing characteristics of Zhuo vs. Yue
③ Before piercing, it has the chemical resistance of PTFE, and after piercing, the spacer will have the chemical compatibility of silicone
PTFE/Silicone (pre cut)
① Provide good ventilation to prevent the formation of vacuum inside the sample bottle, thereby achieving excellent sampling reproducibility
② Eliminate the blockage of the bottom needle after sampling
③ Good resealing ability
④ Suggested for multiple injections
bottle cap
Screw cap
① Universal bottle cap with good sealing effect
② Mechanically support the spacer without the need for any other tools
Jaw cap
① Aluminum jaws with good sealing effect to prevent sample evaporation
② High temperature experimental environment, more tolerant to high temperatures
③ It needs to be used in conjunction with a capping device
Bayonet cover
① The sealing effect of the bayonet cap is not as good as that of the screw cap and jaw cap
② The press type bayonet cover is very suitable for storing powder samples and is not suitable for transporting liquids
③ If the fit of the bottle cap is very tight, it will be difficult to cover the cap and may break; If it is too loose, the sealing effect will deteriorate
bottle body
Glass - General and acid resistant types
Brown bottle - for photosensitive samples
Silanization/deactivation - used for sample and trace analysis that easily adheres to glass bottle walls
Polypropylene - used for alcohol samples or water-soluble solvents
Micro lined tubing - used for extremely small injection volumes
High yield - for limited sample sizes
