Temperature, humidity and TVOC alarm device

By using high-precision probes, the concentration of harmful gases T VOC and temperature and humidity inside the cabinet can be accurately monitored in real time. Control range: temperature 0-60 ℃, humidity 0-99.9% RH, VOC concentration 0-500PPM, users can set according to their requirements. Digital display settings and measurement values, capable of timed ventilation of the cabinet; If the VOC concentration and temperature/humidity inside the cabinet exceed the set measurement values, an immediate alarm will be triggered and the fan will be started for ventilation to prevent the accumulation of flammable and corrosive gases.

High sensitivity TVOC probe

Assemble a highly sensitive electrochemical probe imported from Japan, using PID calibration from the American company RAE. It has high accuracy, fast response, and strong stability, and can withstand on-site testing by customers using handheld TVOC concentration detectors.

Anti static function

Equipped with anti-static grounding device, the standing grounding is reliably connected to the safety cabinet with wire clamps, and static charges are introduced into the ground to prevent fire and explosion accidents caused by lightning and electrostatic sparks.

The product control system (upgraded version) comes standard with RS232 or 485 communication interfaces, which can seamlessly integrate with laboratory remote management software such as the laboratory specific hazardous chemical safety management platform through communication protocols. It can remotely monitor the concentration, temperature, and humidity of harmful gases TVOC in the safety cabinet in real time, and can be further upgraded to achieve remote real-time transmission of weighing, vibration, authorization records, door opening and closing records, monitoring videos, and dynamic information such as leakage and alarms.
