The SZS series high-efficiency coal water slurry boiler is a new type of clean coal based fuel made from coal as the main raw material with 60-70% water and a small amount of additives, processed through multiple rigorous processes. Our company's coal water slurry boiler produced through new technology adopts a "SZS" structure. This series of boilers is a natural circulation, double drum vertical type, with an overall "O" - shaped layout. The furnace adopts a large space front furnace, which adapts to the combustion conditions of coal water slurry and has high combustion efficiency and thermal efficiency. Adopting micro negative pressure combustion and balanced ventilation, the burner is arranged on the front wall. After the fuel is fully burned in the furnace, the flue gas generated laterally flushes the convective tube bundle from the outlet at the rear of the furnace, allowing the convective tube bundle to fully absorb heat. Then, it enters the economizer from the rear of the boiler, further absorbing heat, and is discharged into the chimney after dust removal.
The SZS series high-efficiency coal water slurry boiler adopts a dense tube structure for the water-cooled wall, which has good sealing performance, small air leakage coefficient, compact external dimensions, easy adjustment operation, small furnace wall heat capacity, large load adjustment range, complete safety control accessories configuration, high degree of product automation, and safe and reliable operation. The boiler is divided into two main components before leaving the factory, which is convenient for users to install and shortens the installation time. The pressurized part adopts a water pipe structure and uses a cast iron economizer, which has outstanding characteristics such as strong corrosion resistance and long service life of the boiler.
