The system consists of 1 reference terminal, 6 humidity sensors, 20 thermal resistors/40 thermocouples, a converted data collector, high-precision digital measurement, as well as standard thermal resistors (thermocouples) and humidity sensors;

Automatically perform reference compensation and sensor calibration data correction;

Temperature measurement for 20 channels uses PT100 thermistor or temperature measurement for 40 channels uses thermocouples such as S, R, B, J, K, N, E, T, etc;

The 6-channel humidity measurement adopts a humidity sensor with a 3.3V sensor power supply, and users can set the scale transformation;

Strong anti-interference ability, the electrical measurement module of the equipment can be applied to harsh heat treatment furnace workshop environments;

The structural design is compact, easy to carry, and has high reliability;

The power supply method is mains electricity or rechargeable lithium batteries. Under normal use, the lithium battery can work continuously for more than 10 hours;

The thermocouple and thermistor channels of the equipment are equipped with gold-plated aviation terminals, which can be quickly plugged and unplugged. The parasitic potential is less than 0.4 μ V, which can meet the high requirements of usage occasions;

Capable of data recording function;

Each channel can be independently closed or opened, and the recording start time and interval can be set, with an interval time of (1-65535) seconds;

High resolution 8-inch touch screen display, displaying both Chinese and English, with a user-friendly interface;

Equipped with powerful software functions, it can achieve fully automated testing and data analysis, and can execute multiple standards and specifications. The testing process and result processing of the system comply with relevant current national standards and regulations;

The software is easy to operate, has a beautiful interface, and is easy to learn and use. Fully functional, with data processing and report output capabilities, and can be directly printed after connecting to a printer;

Automatically draw temperature curves (temperature time relationship curves) for each position point during the testing process, and dynamically display and refresh the curves as the testing process progresses;

The calibration of alternating humidity and heat equipment can also automatically draw temperature and humidity characteristic curves. The test data and results are automatically saved in file form on the hard drive, which can be accessed, viewed, and printed at any time;

Curve graphs, data tables, and other visual aids can also be used to illustrate the differences in temperature and humidity field at various testing points, and the results can be automatically calculated according to regulations, providing saved, printed certificates, and records.
